Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled professional to play an active role in audits, financial monitoring reviews, and planning across our head office and associate organizations.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, sampling, attending meetings, and reviewing reports with external audit firms.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing budgets, audit coverage, and scope for all engagements.
  • Conducting financial reviews of projects supported by the organization and ensuring proper fund utilization.
  • Guiding teams, providing practical solutions, and streamlining processes.
  • Maintaining real-time updated MIS for open audit paras and sharing data with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing IT applications and systems used across the organizations and interpreting statutory and regulatory changes.
  • Preparing reports and presentations as required.
  • Maintaining cordial professional relationships with external auditors and other agencies.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:
  • Chartered Accountants with a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in internal/statutory audit.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of statutory and internal audit.
  • In-depth understanding of auditing and accounting standards.
  • Dedicated individual adhering to principles, values, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
