Job Title:
Data Management Consultant

Overview:
As a Data Management Consultant, you will play a key role in enabling solutions via CHRs and projects. Conduct data loads using HDL and HSDL tools, resolve technical and configuration issues, and contribute to special initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities:
• Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs and projects
• Conduct data loads using HDL and HSDL tools
• Resolve technical and configuration issues
• Contribute to special initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Act as Technical L3 Support to resolve complex tickets
• Work in data cleanup activities as part of data management process
• Write fast formulas and EL expressions to support campaigns and key projects
• Contribute to development and testing activities for upgrades, deployments, and implementation
• Participate in Agile Scrum calls as product expert to provide updates
• Learn and understand new products as and when required
• Support GDPR and data privacy topics
• Contribute to data audit process
• Document the solutions and prepare process flow diagrams
• Train peers and business users via change management process
• Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery process

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
• Certification in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, Global HR preferably at specialist or implementor level
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management techno-functional consultant
