About the Role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Deployment Specialist at OLOID, you will play a key part in ensuring seamless onboarding of new customers. Your primary responsibility is to guarantee that all new clients are correctly onboarded with OLOID solutions tailored to their specific needs.

The role focuses on the post-sales process, overseeing implementation and deployment. You will train customers' core teams on the deployment approach and maintain project-level oversight over multi-site deployments and rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

  • To participate in requirement gathering workshops and understand the client's environment and proposed solution's impact on pain areas.
  • To perform system installation, configuration, updates, patches following best practices and guidelines.
  • Implement customer workflows in low-code applications, establishing linkages to multiple line-of-business applications.
  • Monitor and analyze system logs, performance metrics, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve system issues.
  • Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams for seamless integration and optimal performance of the deployed solution.
  • Coordinate with functional and technical teams for system changes and release management as applicable.
  • Maintain system security by managing accounts, roles, and authorizations according to security standard policies.
  • Provide training to customers' core team and maintain oversight during program rollout cycles.
  • Troubleshoot related incidents and problems, working closely with the product team to resolve issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, or computer applications.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience in external customer-facing SaaS project implementation programs.
  • Understanding and analyzing customer business processes/requirements.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise SaaS applications, deployment methodologies, integration approaches, project management practices.
  • Scripting languages like JavaScript and basic Python knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
