Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Business Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking JIRA tickets and KTLO issues from GTM teams.

You will work closely with the GTM and IT teams to align deliverables and drive sprints. Additionally, you will run prioritization sessions, groom tickets, and oversee ad-hoc requests.

As a key member of our team, you will lead weekly meetings, maintain dashboards, and deliver clear reporting.

About You
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Sales Ops, or Operations is required.
  • 1+ year of Salesforce experience is mandatory.
  • You should have experience in maintaining dashboards, JIRA, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
