The Offer

The Job

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and improve service delivery.
  • Performing root cause analysis of issues and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and meet client needs.
  • Defining, developing and maintaining reports to support decision making.
  • Processing and interpreting data to gain actionable insights.

The Profile

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Client Services or Data Analyst role.
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have good presentation and communication skills and the ability to present your findings clearly and accessibly.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
