Our organization is seeking a senior professional to lead digitalization projects in the commercial area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of projects.
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document requirements and change requests.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors and their technical responses to project proposals.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and facilitate workshops to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis between requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Business Process Design: Document business processes that include proposed solutions.
  • Change Management: Align business processes across agencies and execute all elements of a project.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage delivery teams to develop and implement applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on Sales and Service Cloud and migrating legacy systems to Salesforce. Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, Lightning Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce Integration tools is required. Experience working with manufacturing industry requirements or similar complex industries is highly desirable.

Additional attributes considered a plus include good understanding of Einstein AI and Agentic AI. The candidate should also be fluent in English.
