As a Training Coordinator, you'll provide 24*5 training administration support to top companies in EMEA, NAM & APAC regions.
You'll assist customers with training administration issues, provide resolutions and scheduling options, gather information about reported issues, and generate daily/weekly reports on Microsoft Excel.
You'll also perform training management activities on Learning Management Systems.
We offer both-side cab facilities without deductions for employees within our hiring zone.
- The role involves detailed case analysis and documentation in the system.
