Lead Data Scientist - Innovation and Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Data Scientist to spearhead the development of innovative data-driven solutions.

  • Develop and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics and decision-making.
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
  • Utilize Python and standard data science libraries for data analysis and model building.
  • Design and develop data pipelines for efficient processing and analysis.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive innovation in data science and machine learning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and relevant data science packages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database management for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and feature engineering.
  • Understanding of marketing mix modeling is a plus.
  • Experience in data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Databricks.
  • Exposure to NLP, computer vision, or deep learning techniques.
