About the Technical Lead Role

We are looking for a seasoned software engineering leader to oversee a growing team of software engineers and help deliver high-impact solutions for the life sciences industry.

As our engineering team grows, you'll play a key role in mentoring engineers, managing project delivery, and working closely with product and design teams to bring innovative ideas to market.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a technical lead. They will also have strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.

A key responsibility will be to maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of full-stack engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews
