Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to lead and manage maintenance engineering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • This role involves developing and implementing maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to drive effective maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise and mentor junior engineers and maintenance personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
  • Review and approve maintenance plans and schedules, ensuring they align with production requirements and operational goals.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and reliability engineering principles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing engineering projects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
