Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

 

As a senior graphic designer, you will play a vital role in our creative team by developing innovative visual solutions for brands.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand systems and identities that reflect the client's vision and values.
  • Craft campaign assets, including social media posts, print ads, and digital banners, with a focus on visual hierarchy and storytelling.
  • Create packaging concepts, dielines, label systems, POSM/merch, and shelf-presence mockups.
  • Design pitch decks and case studies that effectively communicate the value of your work.
  • Collaborate with photographers and retouchers to plan and oversee shoots.
  • Ensure color accuracy, print specs, bleed, overprint, and imposition are met.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an agency or fast-paced in-house team.
  • Strong command of Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop; InDesign for long-form/print) and Figma.
  • Proven experience preparing print-ready files: color management, bleeds, dielines, emboss/foil/spot UV specs.
  • Solid grasp of typography, layout, composition, and color theory.
  • Working knowledge of web basics (responsive principles, asset optimization, HTML/CSS constraints).
