**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Group Brand Solutions Manager.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement integrated strategies to drive business value across various brands.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to create a team culture built on quality, trust, and superior specialist skills.
- They should be able to manage and track budgets for brands through annual operating plans or quarter-planning activities.
- The role involves planning and implementing strategies to drive business growth, establishing processes/systems for cross-selling client services, and working with the Business Development Team to identify opportunities.
- The successful candidate will also provide training support to the team as needed, offer guidance, and implement ways of working/processes/schedules to course-correct in case of client/brand escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop Integrated Strategies
Plan and implement integrated strategies on brands to drive business value, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
2. Manage Budgets
Manage and track monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for brands through AOPs or quarter-planning activities.
3. Foster Team Culture
Create a team culture built on quality, trust, and superior specialist skills, fostering success, effective teamwork, and relationships at the workplace.
4. Establish Processes
Establish processes/systems for cross-selling client services, identify opportunities within teams to take up more business/projects, and work with the Business Development Team to plug gaps.
5. Provide Training Support
Provide training support to the team as needed and offer guidance to ensure the team's continued growth and development.
6. Implement Ways of Working
Implement ways of working/processes/schedules to course-correct in case of client/brand escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
