About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our collaborative and dynamic environment as a backend developer. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable backend applications using Java.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of developed features.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our products.
  • Lead by example, motivating the team to produce high-quality results while maintaining a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Java development, with a strong focus on backend architecture.
  • Proficiency in Hibernate, SQL, JDBC, JMS, JMX, Spring, and Java Multithreading.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization.
  • Excellent knowledge of database concepts, query optimization, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience with Kafka, Spring Batch, and other related tools.
  • A good understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
