Lead Frontend Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Frontend Lead with expertise in modern frontend technologies to spearhead the development of responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive frontend architecture and development of scalable web applications using Angular and React.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences.
  • Advocate best practices for performance, scalability, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Oversee state management using Redux, NgRx, or similar tools.
  • Ensure frontend build pipelines and deployment processes are efficient.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor frontend developers, and conduct code reviews.
  • Stay current with evolving frontend technologies and frameworks.
  • Establish design standards and enforce coding practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 2+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Experience with state management (Redux, NgRx).
  • Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
