- Key Responsibilities:
- Leading development teams and ensuring smooth operation of technical processes
- Developing and implementing software solutions that meet client needs
- Supervising DevOps, servers, and AI development-related work
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure timely delivery
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience, at least 5 years as a technical lead
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
