Enterprise Planning Expert

We are a leading provider of cloud-based enterprise planning solutions. Our team helps clients modernize their financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Your Role
  • Design, configure, and deploy Enterprise Planning, Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), and Account Reconciliation (ARCS) solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Partner with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and design future-state models that align with best practices.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Configure and manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning, FCCS, and ARCS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
