Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Systems Designer to help shape and design complex workflows across our Media Tools ecosystem.

In this critical role, you will partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create intuitive, scalable, and effective tools that empower marketers, ad ops, and sales teams.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end workflows across enterprise systems including media planning, campaign setup, trafficking, CRM management, and order fulfillment. This involves translating business goals into elegant, intuitive UI/UX designs across both external (self-serve) and internal (CRM/OMS) tools.

You will also develop high-fidelity designs and documentation to support implementation at scale, build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across our tools and platforms, conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.

Additionally, you will define design success metrics, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 12 years of experience in designing complex B2B or enterprise products; prior experience with ad tech, retail media, marketing automation, or workflow-heavy tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in designing self-serve ad platforms, campaign managers, or media planning tools is a major plus.
  • A systems thinker with the ability to navigate highly structured workflows across CRM, OMS, and campaign systems.
  • Skillful in modern design tools (Figma preferred), with strong prototyping and documentation abilities.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to thrive in cross-functional environments and translate between product, engineering, and operations.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and enterprise UX best practices.

This is a pivotal role in transforming how we manage advertising and internal business systems—helping us scale with efficiency, improve campaign delivery, and unlock new value through thoughtful systems design.
