Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing Telecom Billing Operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-bill validations and identify anomalies in billing operations.
  • Collaborate with the billing operations team to resolve discrepancies and optimize revenue assurance.
  • Analyze revenue leakages and implement corrective measures to minimize financial losses.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you should have prior experience working in the Telecom industry and a solid understanding of Revenue Assurance and Billing Validation processes.
