Job Opportunity

This role involves ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process. The Manufacturing Quality Engineer will be responsible for conducting quality audits and implementing quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and customer requirements. They will also interpret engineering drawings, develop inspection plans, implement Statistical Process Control (SPC), and conduct First Article Inspection (FAI).

  • Investigate defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Perform hands-on inspections using manual tools and advanced equipment to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency through analysis of quality data and identification of trends.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve quality goals.

Requirements

A successful candidate must have experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management, and proficiency in Quality Auditing procedures. They should possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Education and Experience

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
