Electrical Design Engineer Position

We are seeking an Electrical Designer to join our dynamic team in India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing prestigious projects and coordinating with Architects, Engineers, and other stakeholders to optimize project design and resolve technical issues.

This is a challenging opportunity for someone who wants to push the boundaries of electrical design through computational innovation.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing various types of facilities including commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, office buildings, and similar infrastructure projects.
  • They will prepare reliable electrical designs and tender/construction drawings and documents/specification for systems such as MV/LV power supply, LV distribution network, earthing systems, lightning protection, lighting, and small power distribution.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with project teams to develop parametric models and computational workflows using scripting languages like Grasshopper/Rhino, Dynamo/Revit, Python, or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, and facilitate design iteration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience as an electrical designer (5-15 years).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, construction techniques, and building systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative thinking and passion for pushing design boundaries through computational innovation.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages and design software like AUTOCAD, REVIT, DIALUX, ETAP, etc.
