Job Title

The Dy Manager Internal Control is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation and maintenance of internal controls across various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site reviews to ensure timely and appropriate implementation of control processes and corrective actions.
  • Coordinate mandatory reporting requirements, including Quarterly Attestation and Semi-Annual Balance Sheet Reviews.
  • Assess risks and implement risk management strategies across all functional areas.
  • Support audit teams by assisting in preparation, liaising with auditors, and responding to deficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in internal audit, accounting audit, or internal control roles.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional departments.
  • Ability to perform process audits and month-end close reviews independently.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptable and able to work well under pressure.
  • Great attitude in high-pressure situations with ability to negotiate effective outcomes.
  • Strong work ethic and track record of taking on additional responsibility.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in QAD and Hyperion preferred.

This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable and possess a strong work ethic.
