Senior Internal Auditor

We seek an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead our global internal audit team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing all audit programs in line with the audit plan, executing audits/reviews in compliance with established procedures and standards, and contributing to improvements and revisions as required.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and executing comprehensive audit plans that align with organizational goals.
- Conducting fieldwork, including meetings and reviews of business units' processes and controls.
- Ensuring documentation of all forms of audit work papers in accordance with established procedures and audit quality assurance standards.
- Providing consultative support to business units on enterprise risk management framework implementation and control self-assessments.
- Supporting business teams in enhancing control awareness through governance, risk, and compliance training programs.
Audit professionals with 7-10 years of experience in internal audit are encouraged to apply. Qualified chartered accountants or cost and management accountants with relevant experience are preferred. Exposure to manufacturing or process industries, good understanding of accounting standards, and hands-on experience with SAP and MS Office packages are also desired.
