Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Web Development Expert with extensive expertise in WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing a portfolio of WordPress/WooCommerce websites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build new websites using WordPress + Elementor templates, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and manage custom plugins and advanced WooCommerce features, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Implement international website functionality, including geo-location, multi-currency, and multi-language capabilities.
  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites, leveraging data analytics and A/B testing results.
  • Design and run A/B split tests, analyzing outcomes and implementing improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business success, aligning technical performance with marketing, design, and data objectives.
  • Continuously improve technical performance, SEO, and user experience, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters), ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking, leveraging data insights to inform decisions.
  • Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress, delivering high-quality, responsive designs.
  • A proven track record of increasing conversion rates, demonstrating expertise in driving business results.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
