Job Title: Project Executive

A dynamic and results-driven professional is sought to support the smooth implementation of project activities at the community level. This involves ensuring seamless coordination with stakeholders and effective data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management: Collect, compile, and manage data related to ANC, deliveries, newborns, and other project activities. Ensure accurate entry, validation, and proper maintenance of records.
  • Analyse collected data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, particularly in maternal and neonatal health.
  • Community Engagement: Coordinate with ASHA workers, Sahiyas, to ensure mobilization and accurate data collection.
  • Support the Project Manager in organizing training and community outreach events with Sahiyas and beneficiaries.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project-related inventory. Ensure efficient utilization of medical equipment and resources.
  • Reporting and Recording: Support Project Manager in preparing reports and documents as per the need of the project.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Social Work, statistics, Public Health, Rural Development, Sociology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management and project implementation.
  • Proven interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with beneficiaries and coordinating effectively with field-level community staff.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including MS Office and data analysis tools.
  • Willingness to travel to field locations as required.
  • Experience in public health projects will be an asset.

Duration of Employment: 9 months, with the possibility of extension based on need and performance.
