Marketing Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative marketing professional to develop visually compelling stories across digital, print, and event touchpoints.

This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or alongside our team at our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Website Content: Create and update landing pages, banners, and on-site creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Social Media & Ad Creatives: Develop engaging posts, stories, and ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Blog & Long-form Content: Design infographics, headers, and supporting visuals for articles that showcase our brand's voice and expertise.
  • Emails: Craft visually appealing and mobile-friendly email templates that enhance our brand's relationship with customers.
  • Print & Event Collateral: Design banners, booths, brochures, and merchandise for events that reflect our brand's image and messaging.
  • Pitch Decks: Build sleek, professional, and brand-aligned presentations that win over clients and partners.
  • Video Editing & Motion Design: Edit videos for campaigns and create basic animations to enhance our brand's visual storytelling.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual language across all marketing and communication channels to build brand recognition and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years of design experience in marketing, creative agencies, or startups.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and motion design work that demonstrates creativity and skill.
  • Proficiency in Figma for day-to-day design work and ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva).
  • Awareness of digital marketing trends and platform-specific design best practices.
  • Ability to balance creativity with timelines and business needs, prioritizing results-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
  • Webflow development skills for building and managing landing pages.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX and web design principles.
  • Understanding of SEO and content-driven design principles.
