Job Title: Global Travel Planner

We are seeking a skilled Global Travel Planner to oversee end-to-end travel operations and logistics for our fast-paced teams. This full-time role requires working in the night shift to support round-the-clock travel needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and book flights, hotels, trains, and other modes of transport, ensuring cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Track and record travel expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage visa applications and other necessary travel documentation for both domestic and international travel.
  • Negotiate with vendors to obtain cost-effective and value-driven travel options.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in travel desk operations, hospitality, or administration.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and vendors.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and systems.
  • Strong negotiation skills to optimize travel costs.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure.
