About This Role

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in crafting compelling visual experiences that capture the essence of our brand.

  • Create eye-catching marketing materials for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, and site branding.
  • Design digital assets for social media, emailers, ads, landing pages, and website visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand creative requirements and deliver results-driven designs.
  • Develop impactful visual storytelling for project launches, brand campaigns, and investor decks that showcase our expertise and vision.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all visual touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable brand identity.
  • Translate complex real estate data, layouts, and unique selling points (USPs) into clear and persuasive design elements that drive engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in real estate or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative flair and commercial sensibility.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with a bonus if you have experience with After Effects.
  • A solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with real estate marketing trends, buyer psychology, and luxury branding is a significant plus.
