The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in leasing, sales, or business development, preferably in coworking or commercial real estate. They should possess strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead generation techniques, and sales strategies, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is also required.
