Chief Financial Recovery Specialist

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collection Executive in the Finance Department located in Noida. The key objective of this position is to manage credit control, perform debt collection, and maintain regular communication with clients.
The Collection Executive will be responsible for analyzing financial data and creating reports to ensure effective collection strategies are in place. This includes identifying areas of improvement and implementing new procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit control processes to minimize overdue payments
- Perform debt collection activities to recover outstanding amounts
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with the finance team to address any discrepancies and improve collection processes
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Proficiency in credit control and debt collection practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of finance principles and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Relevant experience in a financial or similar role
