About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement engaging curricula that meet international standards, making relevant connections between learning areas and the current global scenario.
  • Instructional Design: Create effective instructional strategies, foster independent thinking, and utilize various teaching techniques and tools to address different learners' needs.
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments as designed, evaluate student progress, record, and report on development, behavior, and academic achievement.
  • Classroom Culture: Establish a welcoming classroom environment, integrate innovative teaching practices, and manage student behavior according to established school guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field is essential.
  • Teaching Experience: Previous experience in IGCSE or other international curricula (IB or A-Levels) is highly beneficial.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using technology in teaching and learning, as well as a good understanding of IGCSE framework, assessment methods, and syllabi.
