We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Field Service Specialist. This position is key to delivering exceptional on-site technical support to customers through repairs, installations, and maintenance of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • On-Site Technical Support: Attend to breakdown calls, complete installations, and perform scheduled preventive maintenance at customer sites in the Mehsana, Patan, or Palanpur areas.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide frontline support using your technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues. You will also provide training and demonstrations of products to customers.
  • Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively promote service contracts and consumables to meet sales targets. Maintain a strong contract retention rate and warranty conversion rate.
  • Administrative Tasks: Raise requests for parts, close transactions in Oracle, and update service reports. Identify potential parts and equipment requirements to generate leads for the sales team.
  • Critical Problem-Solving: Apply critical thinking to resolve issues within defined procedures. Analyze technical problems and coordinate with other departments to find solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education & Experience: A Diploma or Engineering degree in any stream. Minimum 4+ years of field service experience required, with a preference for candidates from the batch coding industry.
  • Language: Fluency in Gujarati is mandatory.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads, and multitask effectively. Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
