Key Responsibilities:

  1. Negotiate with existing vendors for sourcing and supply of materials or services at minimum pricing while ensuring quality standards.
  2. Explore new vendors and negotiate for the best price and quality or services.
  3. Carry out selection of L1 and L2 vendors and enter into an agreement with the vendor.
  4. Ensure all types of products and services are covered with the above process.
  5. Continuously search for new vendors offering minimum rates with best quality.
  6. Maintain a tracker showing the parties with whom sourcing agreements have been done along with the types of products covered.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proactive professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience in sourcing, along with strong team management capabilities.
  • B. Tech (preferably mechanical) qualification.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and manage strong vendor relationships.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and delivering sourcing strategies that drive cost-efficiency and quality.
