Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, vouchers, and entries.
  • Maintain accounts payable, receivable, and ensure timely reconciliation.
  • Prepare and review GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
  • Support in finalization of accounts and audit-related documentation.
  • Monitor expense records and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors consultants.
  • Handle invoice preparation, billing, and timely follow-ups with clients.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial records and documents.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial operations or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other relevant laws and regulations.
