We offer a challenging role where you will work directly with our Wells teams to provide design and operational support for safe and cost-effective operations. Your responsibilities will include providing engineering support in drilling, completions, and well management areas, monitoring data, and generating plots and reports to communicate well performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree from a recognized university in petroleum, mechanical, chemical, civil, or electrical engineering with minimum GPA 7.5 and above.
  • 3-10 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical design and operating parameters through data and trend analysis.
  • Experience in wells design, planning, and writing procedures for Drilling, Completions, and Workover Operations.
  • Field experience at a rig site or wellsite is preferred.
