We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts for a Series A investment round. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.

The successful Fundraising & Valuation Specialist will drive the Series A fundraising process with venture capitalists, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals globally.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure funding from various investor groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, CEOs, and other decision-makers.
  • Create comprehensive valuation models, financial projections, and investor decks to support the fundraising process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deal structuring, due diligence, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
