Job Description

As a forward-thinking User Experience Designer, you will leverage AI and design tools to deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually polished digital experiences.

You will blend user experience strategy, design craft, and AI-augmented workflows to create seamless user journeys across platforms.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading or contributing to the end-to-end design process: research → ideation → prototyping → UI delivery, using AI where it adds efficiency.
  • Translating complex requirements into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions.
  • Creating wireframes, flows, prototypes, and detailed UI mockups — with AI tools accelerating initial drafts, and design judgment refining the final polish.
  • Experimenting with AI coding tools to rapidly generate and test variations, while ensuring outputs are not generic.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing; using AI-assisted analysis to speed up synthesis of insights.
  • Collaborating with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity in implementation.
  • Maintaining consistency through scalable design systems; contributing reusable components.

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Mentor junior designers, establish best practices for AI-enhanced workflows, and influence product strategy (for senior candidates).
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape product direction.
  • Shape impactful digital products across diverse problem spaces (travel, civic engagement, education, health, etc.).
  • Use AI and design tools to make design work faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Expert-level understanding of human-computer interaction principles.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies like HTML/CSS/JS.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning concepts, including neural networks and natural language processing.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
