Senior Backend Developer

We are looking for a seasoned backend developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js.

This role involves collaboration with product managers, frontend engineers, and QA to deliver high-quality features. You will be responsible for writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL is preferred. You should also have hands-on experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).

In addition, you should have expertise in microservices architecture and event-driven systems. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization/orchestration tools is also required.

Familiarity with AWS/GCP/Azure cloud services and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.) is essential. Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI) is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and exposure to full-stack development is also beneficial.
