Frontend Developer Position

Mind Frey is a leading startup in education innovation through data-driven solutions. Our platform delivers personalized content across various subjects, tailored to each user's knowledge level. We collaborate with top educators from premier Indian institutes like IISC Bangalore and TISS Mumbai, utilizing AI and Machine Learning to create highly personalized educational experiences.

This role requires someone who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences, has an eye for design, and can translate complex requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain frontend features for mobile applications using Flutter.
  • Build, optimize, and scale web frontend using Next.js and the React ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
  • Ensure applications are responsive, fast, and pixel-perfect across devices.
  • Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and improve performance.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest frontend development trends and tools.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Frontend Developer (mobile and/or web).
  • Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart) for cross-platform app development.
  • Proficiency in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Solid understanding of state management (e.g., Provider, Redux, or similar).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and integration best practices.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows.
  • Strong eye for UI/UX details and ability to build intuitive user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with responsive design, performance optimization, and SEO (for web).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Firebase/Supabase, or AWS Amplify.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for app and web deployments.
  • Understanding of analytics integration (e.g., Mixpanel, GA, Appsflyer).
  • Prior work in SaaS, or Marketplace platforms.
