Insurance Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our health insurance products. This role involves developing and maintaining existing offerings, handling customer queries, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies, focusing on the complete health insurance life cycle.
  • Manage sales, marketing, and customer escalation teams, providing training on product features and benefits.
  • Maintain loss ratios within acceptable limits, recommending corrective actions as needed.
  • Lead new product development initiatives, conduct market research in India and international markets.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements include an MBA from a reputable institute and 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in health or life insurance.
