About the Role:

We seek an astute Finance professional with tenured experience in Fund Accounting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in private equity, private credit funds, mutual funds, RE Funds, AIF, and Hedge Funds.

As Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end Fund Accounting. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with our firm's policies and rules/regulations governing global financial markets.
  • Reviewing quarterly valuations and NAV for private equity funds.
  • Performing year-end financial statements reviews and related activities.
  • Handling reporting requirements to Senior Management and the Investment Management Division.
  • Collaborating with Business Teams, Product Services, Operations, IT, and Trading Divisions.

Key Qualifications:

A CA or MBA (Finance) degree with 8-14 years of experience in alternative investments/private funds' market and fund accounting. Desired skills include:

  • USGAAP and IFRS knowledge.
  • Experience coordinating with Big 4 accounting firms during audit cycles.
  • Strong accounting knowledge of financial products like Interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, currency options.
