Job Title: Integration Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end integration solutions leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), encompassing various integration patterns, event-driven architecture, and data synchronization.
- Develop OIC endpoints, callbacks, and connectors for custom and 3rd-party off-the-shelf solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Ensure best practices for integration development, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and integration designs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies to ensure the efficient operation of integration solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for integration designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the integration space, particularly within the Oracle ecosystem.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in systems integration, with a strong focus on Oracle technologies; demonstrating proficiency in designing, developing, and deploying complex integrations.
- Expert-level knowledge of integration patterns and distributed systems, such as REST, SOAP, and message queuing.
- Familiarity with domain driven design techniques and event-driven architectures.
- Proven experience with Oracle SaaS (Fusion Applications) integrations.
- Strong understanding of API design principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC),
- Relevant certifications for Oracle Fusion and / or OIC.
- Experience with other integration platforms.
- Experience with AWS serverless cloud technologies (e.g., EventBridge, SNS, SQS, Lambda).
- Knowledge of security best practices in integration.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
