Planview Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Planview Configuration Specialist to enhance our project portfolio management capabilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing Planview's PPM solutions to align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency. This requires a strong understanding of Planview's capabilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Planview Implementation and Configuration:
  • Configure Planview modules, including resource management, portfolio management, financial management, and reporting tools.
  • Customize workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces based on business requirements.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations.
  • Identify gaps and propose tailored solutions to maximize Planview's functionality.
• System Integration and Data Management:
  • Integrate Planview with other enterprise tools (e.g., ERP, CRM, collaboration platforms).
  • Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Testing and Validation:
  • Develop and execute test cases to validate configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure the system meets functional and technical requirements.
• End-User Training and Support:
  • Provide training sessions and create user documentation for administrators and end-users.
  • Offer post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize usage.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency.
  • Stay updated with Planview's latest features and capabilities to ensure optimal utilization.

• Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Planview Enterprise (Planview One, PPM Pro, LeanKit, etc.).
  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience with APIs and middleware tools for system integration.
• Domain Expertise:
  • Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management (PPM) principles.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
