Key Responsibilities

  1. Counseling students and administering IQ and aptitude testing.
  2. Counseling and psychological testing of students.
  3. Data analysis and interpretation.
  4. Designing psychometric procedures and counseling models.
  5. Conducting workshops for stress relief, career orientation, and personality development.
  6. Guiding students on career issues, stress management, and educational difficulties.

Requirements

  • Masters in Applied Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
  • 5-8 years of experience working with teenagers and adolescents.
  • Candidates with experience in conducting therapy sessions for adolescents and teenagers will be preferred.

Location

The incumbent will be required to visit 3-4 classroom centers across South and North Kolkata locations.
