Social Media Insights Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Insights Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering real-time insights for globally recognized brands.

This role involves operating at the intersection of culture, content, and consumer behavior. You will play a strategic role in storytelling and innovation across key verticals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vertical-specific consumer behavior and experience with social listening tools. They will also possess excellent storytelling skills that connect platform KPIs to brand or business implications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive interpretation of consumer conversations, platform trends, and cultural context. Your ability to review and guide Boolean queries, tagging frameworks, and content mapping will be valuable assets to our team.

Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in social media analytics, consumer insights, or digital research
  • Proven ability to own client relationships, deliver presentations, and manage reporting independently
  • Strong storytelling skills that connect platform KPIs to brand or business implications
  • Prior experience with social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Talkwalker, Meltwater, Brandwatch)
  • Ability to review and guide Boolean queries, tagging frameworks, and content mapping
  • Strong understanding of vertical-specific consumer behavior (e.g., streaming, QSR, fashion, beauty, sports)
