Job Title: Senior.NET Developer

Care IO Infotech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior.NET Developer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in.NET development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using.NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior developers, mentoring them in best practices and software development methodologies.
• Lead architecture and design discussions, making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in.NET development, recommending adoption of new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and productivity.

Product Enhancement and Maintenance:

• Participate in ongoing maintenance and support of existing software applications, troubleshooting issues, and implementing necessary fixes and enhancements.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing of software applications, identifying and addressing any defects or bugs.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, design documents, and user manuals.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to management on project status, milestones achieved, and any potential risks or issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in software development using.NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, MVC, and.NET Core.
• Strong proficiency in database design and development using SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like Angular or React.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry or with healthcare software solutions is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
