Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machine shop facilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience in handling Machine shop Maintenance (Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c). They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling Machine shop Maintenance (Grinding / turning/ Machining center m/c)
  • Exposure to Fanuc, Siemens CNC/PLC control systems for grinding, turning, milling, Machining center
  • CNC & PLC maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting
  • Understanding of CNC parameters and updating systems
  • Breakdown, preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance, and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR, and OEE
  • Capturing predictive data for critical machines
  • Vendor network for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drives, PCBs
  • Gantry maintenance and Induction hardening, heat treatment process
  • Electrical drawing configuration and two software/hardware setup
  • Good knowledge of Scale, encoder, Drives, Spindle drive, power supply drives

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
  • BE in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
