Quality Assurance Specialist

This role focuses on conducting quality audits and assessments to ensure adherence to process standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, processes, and procedures. They will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement, developing and implementing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate records of audit findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Identify and document areas for improvement, develop and implement corrective actions, and maintain accurate records of audit findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends in quality assurance.
- Provide training and support to team members on quality assurance principles and practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Quality Assurance).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other productivity tools.
