Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Configurator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and functional support to end-users of SAP systems, ensuring system availability, and performing routine maintenance tasks.

You will work closely with technology partners to resolve issues impacting current production systems and communicate statuses and updates to business and technology stakeholders.

Your primary responsibility will be to interact and support application users, ensuring the availability of applications in the production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A solid understanding of the process of gathering business requirements, troubleshooting production issues, and configuring program properties to meet those requirements.
  • A strong knowledge of SAP/IS Retail Master Data and its integration with other functional areas.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in SAP configuration and development.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Ability to understand code and debug programs to investigate issues.
  • Strong decision-making skills and experience with SAP / IS Retail implementation methodology, tools, and exposure to Agile methodology.
