Key Role: Performance Marketer

Job Description

As a seasoned performance marketer, you will lead end-to-end marketing funnels with high intent and agency. Your expertise in multiple digital channels will drive measurable acquisition and optimize ROI at scale.

This strategic role involves close collaboration with our founding team to build and scale our marketing engine. You will execute campaigns and optimize performance across various digital platforms.

  • Awareness & Acquisition:
    • Define and segment personas, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, and more.
    • Manage and optimize spend across acquisition channels with a strong focus on ROI, scale, and reducing cost per install/acquisition while maintaining user quality.
    • Landing Pages & Conversion: Collaborate with product, design, and social teams to build and A/B test landing pages that improve conversions.
    • Ongoing Optimization: Continuously monitor campaigns, refine bids, targeting, creatives, and placements based on data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • At least 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or growth marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, programmatic advertising, and analytics platforms.
  • Proven creative taste, with the ability to evaluate, edit, and refine digital content for better performance and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CAC, ROAS.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Highly analytical, data-obsessed, and business-focused - speaking numbers and acting on insights.
  • Experience in fintech/high growth startups is a plus.
