NetSuite Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Expert Financial Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the integrity of financial data and processes in NetSuite Record-to-Report systems.
• Lead or participate in projects related to financial process improvements, customizations, upgrades, and integrations with NetSuite's financial modules.
• Ensure timely reconciliations, accurate general ledger entries, and compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide NetSuite support, resolve issues, streamline processes, and deliver user training.
• Develop and implement effective system configurations, workflows, and automation solutions to enhance overall system performance.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to leadership and propose actionable solutions to improve financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Hands-on proficiency in NetSuite customizations, SuiteScript, Workflows, Saved Searches, and Dashboards.
• Expertise in key financial processes, including journal entries, fixed assets, intercompany transactions, multi-currency accounting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to handle complex financial processes effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Project management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a passion for process improvement and automation.
